Position Summary:
This position works to build and optimize systems and processes to ensure efficient, effective and legally compliant functions. This includes a heavy emphasis on system administration for the Workday System that includes workflows, integrations, triggers, system documentation, business process, user training and reporting. This position collaborates with other areas, such as HRIS, Talent Acquisition, IS&T functions and software vendors, to develop standardized reports, troubleshoot system performance gaps and make full use of Workforce system capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:
Three years of Workday configuration experience

Experience in Workday Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent modules preferred

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree required

MultiCare Health System is transitioning to Workday in summer 2023 and we are looking to bring on a Workday configuration expert who can help us for go-live and post production. All our business processes are built out and we're in the process of enhancing out these BPs to meet the business need for international recruitment. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Works with MHS HRIS and IS&T functions and software vendors to develop standardized reports, troubleshoot system performance gaps and make full use of Workforce system capabilities. Develops and maintains workflows, business process, triggers, questionnaires with the Workday System Supports other Systems; People Fluent, Work bright, Beamery and SharePoint Identifies and implements opportunities to streamline workflow processes through greater use of current technology and Lean concepts; - Develops self-service and custom reports. - Adheres to MHS Attendance and Punctuality Policy and Procedure standards, and maintains reliable attendance. - Contributes to the success of the organization by meeting organizational competency expectations and core values (respect, integrity, stewardship, excellence, collaboration and kindness), continuously learning, and by performing other duties as needed or assigned VALUES BASED BEHAVIORS Respect: Seek first to understand Integrity: Do the right thing Stewardship: Live lean Excellence: Be your best/Act for safety’s sake Collaboration: Team up Kindness: Create warmth and comfort KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES - Knowledge of Human Resources Policy and Procedures and governing regulatory requirements. - Knowledge, experience with Workday; Recruiting, Talent and Workforce - Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes. - Committed to continuous improvement and a high quality of work output. - Ability to research and analyze problems and generate workable solutions. - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks with a high attention to details, high degree of accuracy and speed. - Strong service orientation in support of internal and external customers. - Skill in project management, including defining tasks and activities, planning, scheduling, and monitoring projects. - Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications - Ability to work independently and take initiative, and work efficiently under pressure. Market range compensation for this role: $105K - $128K annualized depending on experience. Confirmed as of 4/5/2023.

M26 - Min: $50.74-Max: $73.02
