JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES

Under the supervision of the Supervising Workers’ Compensation Compliance Officer, the Workers’ Compensation Assistant will assist the Medical Provider Network (MPN) team in the initial review and analysis of MPN filing submissions for compliance in accordance to the Labor Code statutes and regulations, verification of the applicant's eligibility, preparation of correspondences, respond to general public inquiry regarding the MPN program and perform general admin duties in support of the Medical Unit.

The incumbent works 40 hours per week in an office setting. Air conditioned, high rise building with elevator access, cubicle with natural and artificial lighting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,534.00 - $5,744.00 per month
