Job Title:
WorkPath Facilitator
Permanent Contract – 20 hours weekly
Location:
Rehab Enterprises, Galway
Job Purpose:
The WorkPath Facilitator will deliver an internal confidential, advisory, guidance and information service to support people with a disability and their fellow work colleagues. The service aims to reduce problems in the workplace and to support employees at work.
Minimum Education & Experience required:
- CEAP accreditation (Certificated Employee Assistance Professional)/Social care qualification
- Understanding of the demands of a commercial production/retail environment
- Experience of working in an information, advocacy or advice setting
- Familiarity/Knowledge in disability and employment issues
- Familiarity in Employee Assistance Programmes and Procedures
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Experience in supporting individuals with mental health issues
- Case Management Skills/Reporting Skills
- Empathetic attitude towards disability
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Networking within the divisions of Rehab Group and with other voluntary and government service providers. The development and maintenance of a comprehensive WorkPath reporting system and the production of monthly reports
- The monitoring of employee progress and changing needs while assisting the line manager in ensuring the smooth and professional delivery of the WorkPath service at all times
- Participation in cross functional working groups.as designated by the Line Manager, while observing and adhering to all procedures and rules of the organisation and the Rehab Group
