Pines Behavioral Health is seeking a contractual Wraparound Coordinator for youth eligible for, or receiving, multiple services across agencies, whom without these services would be at risk of hospitalization. The Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving wraparound service referrals from community partners, gathering/completing demographic and financial documentation, and screening for eligibility for enrollment in the Serious Emotional Disturbance Waiver Program. The Coordinator will work closely with the community and family team to identify family strengths and coordinate community resources and treatment services. Minimum of a Bachelor degree with 3 years of experience working with children, or a master’s degree with license and at least 1-year experience. Position includes paid training, and flexible hours. Reliable transportation and computer skills are required. Note: This position may be eligible for the MI Kids Now repayment loan program.
