Youth Services Worker

United Services is seeking a Youth Services Worker to work under the direction of the Program Manager and Youth Services Bureau Coordinator, to plan activities for a variety of youth groups, clubs, summer programs and Kinship Care Social groups. The Youth Service worker will engage youth in pro-social activities to enhance social emotional learning and will work as a Case Manager for YSB truancy/defiance of school rules cases as needed. In addition, the Youth Services worker will assist in job coaching in the School to Employment Program (STEP). The goal of the job coach is to provide positive support to students with special needs in a vocational setting.

Youth Services Worker Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with flexibility for an occasional weekend or evening.

Youth Services Worker Salary Range: $18.09 - $20.47

Bilingual Spanish Fluency: $19.01 - $21.50

Youth Services Worker Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant human services field, or Associate's Degree plus two years of appropriate experience required.
