We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing financial, compliance, and risk audits, ensuring that our clients' financial statements are accurate and in compliance with regulatory standards. As a Audit Senior, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in various industries, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance their business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute financial, compliance, and risk audits in accordance with PCAOB standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead and supervise audit teams, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and within deadlines
• Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and other relevant data to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality audit reports
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, promoting professional development and growth within the team
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends, and apply this knowledge to improve audit procedures and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in financial audit, assurance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of PCAOB standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience with compliance and risk audits is a plus
