Are you seeking a 1099 opportunity with a reputable company in the Illinois area?

We are searching for a self-motivated, independent contractors to join our company. The independent contractor's responsibilities include completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision. You should also complete and file your tax returns in a timely manner.

To ensure success as an independent contractor, you should possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ultimately, an outstanding Independent Contractor will produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.

• All jobs are staged night before for quick in and out load out each morning.
• All materials needed for job is provided.
• Our Installer Council which is made up of active Installers work with us to ensure we have the best labor rates in the area!
• High quality products and premium materials.
• Great partnership with General, Operations, and Installation Managers and also, Warehouse Support to help ensure your success.
• 20% Increase on rates for weekend jobs.

Now, here is what we require to work with us

• Must have own Crew
• Must provide General Liability, Workman's Comp and Auto Insurance
• Need to be EPA certified for Lead safe jobs. Not certified yet, no worries. We will schedule you a class and help get you certified.
• Background checks are required for all team members working on a site.
• Job site trailer and tools. An enclosed trailer is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $125,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
