Title: 1st year Commis Chef

Responsible to: Head Chef/Store Management

Main Purpose of the job: To ensure the Food Production area operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our customers with excellent products.

We are currently recruiting for a 1st year Commis Chef for the food production in our
Kitchen in store. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a great team and to further your career through our education training programme.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have an eye for detail and food presentation
  • Work well as part of a team and ensure standards are kept high

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Food preparation in line with HACCP and Health and Safety Procedures

Preparation and cooking of food

  • Food temperature recording
  • Storing and labelling of food
  • Rotation of food
  • Maintenance of restaurant and kitchen duties
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • General cleaning tasks
  • Excellent customer service

Salary D.O.E.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €10.90-€13.65 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
