Experience: 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in law firm or professional services firm; Experience in cash accounting environment

Education: Associate's degree in Accounting and/or Business preferable

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Day Shift

Pay: $45,000/yr

ProRecruiters is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

The Accounts Payable Clerk will work in the Tulsa office and be responsible for maintaining and paying all vendor invoices, including handling a wide variety of complex adjustments, interpreting and responding to report/information requests.

Job Description:

• Enter invoices from outside vendors ensuring accurate coding to GL or Client/Matter accounts
• Processing check requests from attorneys for court matters
• Processing check requests for employee reimbursements
• Track employee parking
• Track out of state CLE expenses and reimbursements
• Enter payments made by branch offices using Imprest accounts process
• Organization of Attorney Bar

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Elite 3E (or similar billing software)
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Intermediate Excel skills required (pivot tables, v-lookup, graphing, sort/filter, goal seek)
• Adobe
