We are an online retailer selling to the education, government, military, and healthcare industries. All of our manufacturing is done at our Shrewsbury, MA location.

This is a Full-Time, Non-Remote Position

Compensation is $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily invoicing to Net 30 customers
• Daily posting of customer check payments and charging of credit card payments
• Process customer refunds and chargebacks
• Weekly bank run to deposit customer checks
• Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
• Process PayPal and Shopify deposits
• Administer freight claims with shipping companies
• Review and clean up accounts receivable aging report
• Perform collections on past-due invoices via phone calls/emails
• Assist with month-end and year-end tasks
• Miscellaneous accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping Certification
• 1-3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Financial Software experience is a must
• Data Entry skills
• General Math skills
• Experience with merchant credit card processing (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable with a professional attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
