Abatement Supervisor
The Abatement Supervisor is an exciting position for those with experience in hazardous material abatement who are looking to grow their career with a growing company! The Abatement Supervisor will report to the Director of Emergency Services which is part of the Mitigation department. The Abatement Supervisor will manage asbestos, lead, and other hazardous material abatement projects. Including but not limited to supervising crews, ensuring health and safety of workers and occupants, project documentation, post clearance, etc. Vehicle provided, competitive wage, opportunity for advancement.
Job Tasks
- Ensure health and safety of workers and occupants
- Manage hazardous material abatement projects in accordance with industry standards including OSHA, EPA, OHA, and DEQ requirements
- Handle project documentation
- Submit estimates to customers and insurance carriers for payment
- Supervise abatement crews – ensuring quality workmanship
- Handle necessary project related communication
Overall Professional Requirements
- Licensed Asbestos Abatement Supervisor required
- Ability to read basic project specifications
- Project management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and budgets
- Ability to communicate to individuals and groups – bilingual is a plus!
- 1 year of experience in asbestos abatement
- Positive attitude
- Strong follow through skills

Pay: Market Competitive Wage $28-$40 (negotiable based on experience, skillsets, references, etc)
