North Shore Health is a Critical Access Hospital in Grand Marais Minnesota.
North Shore Health is looking for an enthusiastic team player for our full time Patient Account Representative position. This position will be from 72 to 80 hours per pay period. The Patient Account Representative will work in a team-based environment to process patient accounts from inception to resolution.
Duties include:
Management of Patient Accounts
- Insurance billing
- Patient Payment Collections
- Accurate and timely follow-up and resolution for assigned patient accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Team Player
- Positive enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Detail and task oriented
- High School diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years in an office setting
- Two years of customer relations
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Additional Information
Starting wage for this position is $20.26.
