Windsor Windows and Doors, an industry leading window manufacturer, has an opening for an Account Specialist within our Inside Sales Department at our West Des Moines, Iowa facility.

We are looking for an individual who provides premier customer service by meeting and exceeding customer expectations in all areas of service and throughout all customer touch points. A strong candidate is a reliable, self-motivated learner with good interpersonal skills that understands the importance and value of building great relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Provide responses to customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, order status and other account related items
• Process orders along with obtaining related or supplemental documents to ensure order accuracy
• Provide resolution to customer issues
• Liaison between external customers and internal departments
• Support outside sales team members with miscellaneous items to better serve our customers

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational abilities with good follow up and follow through
• Computer skills with experience using Microsoft applications, primarily Outlook
• Ability to comprehend and follow standard operating procedures and other company and departmental processes
• Basic math skills including working with fractions
• Ability to be professional, positive and pleasant to successfully work independently and within a team environment

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Six months to 1 year of work related experience is necessary.
