Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA)
Monaghan
€60,000-€65,000

Black Fox Solutions are pleased to be working with a well-established FMCG company based in Monaghan. The finance administrative team report to the accountant and this team supports the Financial Controller in delivering the full remit of financial reporting.

Duties:

• Improvement of processes within the business including statutory accounts and month end and management accounts.
• Working with stakeholders internally and externally as a point of contact
• Balance sheet reconciliations as well as intercompany accounting
• Assist with the preparation of the yearend financial statements and liaise with the relevant members of the external audit and taxation teams.
• Challenge relevant operational department heads to achieve and if possible, outperform budget
• Actively participate in the preparation of the annual budget(s)/proposed targets for the year
• Oversee the accounts team

Criteria:

• Qualification: (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
• PQE 5+ Years
• Preferable having worked in an FMCG business.
• Leading a team - Desirable 1+ Year
