Accountant
The Jr Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through preparation of Great Bay Distributors reports and statements. This position requires Bachelors in Accounting (or related business degree) and one year of experience in the following areas: record financial transactions following GAAP, prepare and post journal entries, bank reconciliations, update financial data in databases accurately and in a timely manner, prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and assist the accountant in the preparation of monthly and annual closings. Must be proficient in Excel and MS Office.
Work hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. $21 per hour.
