This position is a long term substitute position. The accounting program at Methuen High School is part of our Career and Technical Education cluster of courses. The prospective candidate should have the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
Mimimum Bachelors Degree, Masters Preferred.
Masshachusetts vocational certification in Accounting strongly recommended.
Prior teaching experience in a vocational or public high school setting.
Ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds.
Exceptional computer and technology skills.
Job Duties:
Teach Accounting I and Accounting II courses.
Support student learning through remote and in person teaching models.
Perform all duties assigned by building administration.
