The
Accounts Payable Clerk will manage the invoicing and billing through successful completion. This position will maintain relationships with new and existing vendors ensuring accuracy and timely response to inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to Business Unit Controller
- Conduct full-cycle accounts payable duties.
- Assist with accurate and timely completion of Close Calendar tasks – including tasks like Invoicing, AR, AP, Journal entries, Bank reconciliation.
- Execute internal controls and procedures.
- Assist external and internal auditors and assist with audit process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with multi-entity transactions.
- Very proficient with Excel and NetSuite, or similar enterprise accounting software.
- Understanding and working knowledge of financial accounting and cost accounting, required.
