Forklift Systems, Incorporated (“FSI”) is a 40+ year family owned and operated material management equipment business. FSI prides itself in providing the highest quality of services in the industry and is currently seeking a high-quality Accounting Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for various Accounts Receivable tasks.
Pay: Starting hourly pay is based on experience.
Important Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years accounting experience
- Good written and verbal skills
- Experience using MS Word and Excel
- Good data entry skills
- Experience using a multi-line telephone system
- Organization and attention to detail
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and take direction
Responsibilities:
- Post daily deposits
- Monitor and close “zero” dollar invoices
- Verify discrepancies and resolve client’s billing issues
- Set up new customers in ERP
- Compile/produce various AR reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
- Payment application
- Processing credit card transactions
- Collections calls
- Backup front desk coverage

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
