Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate

Position Type - Full Time

East Haven Cars LLC is looking to hire an entry-level Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate. We value and reward hard work, dedication, and a customer-first attitude. Responsibilities:

• Daily deposits
• Receipt payments Sales, Service, and Parts
• Clean cash sales schedule
• Management of vendor 1099’s
• Accounts Receivable Schedule
• Post parts invoices
• Balance Parts Statement
• Post warranty payments
• Balance loaner schedule
• Monthly account breakdowns
• Misc office duties

Qualifications:

• Must have a good understanding of accounting principles as it relates to debits and credits
• Must have a General Ledger knowledge
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess a positive attitude and a willingness to adhere to company policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• AUTOMOTIVE Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• CDK: 1 year (Preferred)
• AR/ AP: 1 year (Preferred)
