Open Availability, Weekends Required (12:00 Noon - 5:00 PM)

Job Summary:
The Activities Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Recreation Manager and is responsible for assisting guests with the zipline course at the Buccaneer Bay Adventure Park at Exploria Resorts. The Activities Coordinator will ensure safety while assisting guests attending park activities. The Activities Coordinator must promote a positive image of the property to all guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly, and should address all guest requests and problems to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure safety while assisting guests attending park activities
- Assist guests with the zipline activities and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of all daily recreational activities provided at the resort
- Clean, organize and maintain venues to a high standard of condition
- Work independently and as a team player to complete all assigned tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Adhere to safety protocols and promptly execute safety knowledge and training in emergency situations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours in an outdoor environment with exposure to the sun
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Be flexible to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Competencies:
- Good communication skills with other staff and colleagues.
- Perform various projects requested by supervisors/managers.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good understanding of the English language
- Be able to work independently
- Able to work in elevated environment
