Job description
The Office Administrator/Trainer reports to the Director of Operations. This position will be responsible for providing staffing for the DEN station. There will be some travel needed from the DEN office to the DEN airport for additional training and coordination with the Operational Leaders.
The primary job responsibilities include:
- Interview, extend offers, and on board candidates into our Applicant Tracking System (UKG)
- Administer all testing for applicants including pre-employment drug screens and coordinating badging procedures and appointments
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Call and follow up with candidates
- Transition new hires from training to on the job training to the ramp
- Ensure all employees are enrolled in company provided time clocks
- Provide operational support in payroll and time/attendance
- Prepare and provide staffing and scheduling reports
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies by evaluating operational and departmental processes and procedures
- Facilitate training for frontline staff to ensure operational compliance

- Collaborate with others for the purpose of implementing and maintaining updated training materials
- Provide employees with proper uniforms and PPE
- Monitor and reorder uniform and PPE supplies as needed
- Provide and manage employee bus/parking passes
- Monitor unauthorized punch reports
- Assist operations with attendance tracking
- Work with HR partner to provide corrective action notices (CANs) or termination documentation
- Process terminations in employee database
- Document all employee files electronically

$47,000-$51,000

General Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience. Associate’s degree or high school diploma or equivalent may be substituted with two or more year’s relevant experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing effectively in English.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Computer Skills:
A high level of proficiency is required in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, with the ability to prepare documents in business format, compose effective letters, prepare and organize schedules in a spreadsheet and perform other tasks related to job duties as assigned.
Knowledge of UKG (UltiPro a plus)
