What you'll do
The administrative manager leads our administrative partner (AP) team which does creative and impactful work that supports the efforts of fundraising, marketing, communications, and business operations.
You will:
- Lead a team of five (and have shared supervision of two other staff) accomplished administrative staff
- Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Ensure that our physical space continues to promote collaboration and connection
- Manage content and updates for multiple external and internal websites, ensuring that each supports college and Advancement values
- Oversee several LSA Advancement budgets and financial processes

You'll report directly to the director of operations.
The salary range for this position is mid 60s to mid 70s. Salary is determined by direct relevant experience and demonstrated past performance results while ensuring equity on our team.

Required Qualifications*
Here are the things you already have:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years experience leading a team including hiring, performance management, and professional development
- Applied budget and expense management
- Demonstrated editing, proofing, and writing experience
- Proficient knowledge of business productivity tools and working knowledge of video conferencing applications
- Direct project management experience in a complex organization

Work Locations
Our office is located at 101 N. Main Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As part of the University of Michigan's Future Work Initiative and LSA Advancement's Flexible Work Arrangements, this position has the option to work on-site or a flex schedule (both remote and on-site on a weekly basis).
