Reporting to the Corporate Director of Admissions, this position will be the first point of contact for prospective Bellus Academy students pursung their dream job in the beauty and wellness industry. Connecting via phone and email and on campus, the Admissions Representative must demonstrate excellent communications and customer service skills in all interactions.

Critical to the growth of enrollment in our programs, this position provides information and assistance to prospective students, conducts Admissions appointments and maintains the CRM information in a complete and accurate manner. Admissions Representatives must strictly adhere to Admission Code of Conduct and Higher Education, Private Post-Secondary industry standards and ethics.

Strong candidates will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry and introducing prospective students to the education and training that will create career ready professionals. Candidates will also demonstrate strong skills in MS Office , web navigation, and lead management software. Licensure in Cosmetology, Barbering or Esthetician preferred, but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Associate degree or comparable work experience in marketing, sales or administrative work , AND

-2+ year experience in the Admissions or Call Center in the Education, Salon/Spa/Wellness Industry preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
