Amazon Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinator
ROLE SUMMARY
Our Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinators (DSMCs) are responsible for supporting the Account Management team in managing the daily activities related to three areas: Digital clients, Logistics management and Daily operational activities. DSMCs work directly with our Brands (clients) to assist in inventory management, account maintenance, driving sales, competitive analysis and other activities as they are identified. Duties with our Digital customers will include attending meetings, managing orders, inventory uploads, and overall relationship management. Operations management includes everything from account health, case log management and keyword management. The position is a hybrid work from home / in office role, where the ideal candidate is flexible responsible, proactive, self-motivated, energetic, and generally awesome.
Essential Function
1) Client Account Support: 60% of time
- Managing just in time inventory, creating FBA orders and engaging with 3PLs
- Verify account health metrics and seller support cases daily
- Assist in listing optimization and create PPC campaigns
- Researching and managing keywords and search terms across our brands and competitors
- Responsible for competitive research and market intelligence
- Attend regular client meetings and communicate key metrics through various reporting functions
- Responsible for creating new listings for Amazon.com and Walmart.com
2) Strategy Execution and Evolving Optimization: 40% of time
- Utilizing proprietary software for OneBridge’s listing optimization process which covers product detail page, brand store and paid advertising
- Enriching customer experience while improving search optimization for organic and advertising efforts to increase conversion and ranking (Images, Titles, Bullets, Keywords, A+ Content and Brand Store)
- Analyzing and manipulating significant amounts of data to create actionable strategies
- Implementing strategies to beat the competition and gain market share
- Building Advertising strategies for different stages of product lifecycle
- Manage advertising spend and revenue, ROAS, TACOS and conversion
- Manage Pricing and Promotions
- Constantly assessing, reworking, and updating strategy for clients

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associates Degree (2)
Preferred: Bachelors Degree (4) years
- Area of Study: Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics
Special licenses, other education, certification or professional association memberships
Required: Proficient in Microsoft Excel key functions such as V-Look ups, Pivot Tables and Sorting & Filtering. Great understanding of manipulating spreadsheets, importing data and building comparisons.
Preferred: Adobe Suite; Illustrator & Photoshop
Years of previous experience: Preferred 1-3 yrs
