Lakeland Sleep Medicine is seeking a full-time advanced practice provider to join our growing team in southwest Michigan. Open to nurse practitioners or physician assistants – and willing to consider new grads. This is a great opportunity to join an in-demand specialty with great partners!
Team includes one (1) physician and one (1) advanced practice provider. Monday – Friday schedule, seeing patients and covering clinic in both Niles and St. Joseph. Great opportunity to build a regular virtual patient care schedule as well. No call requirements. Provider will primarily see follow up appointments. Epic EHR.
