ARDENT Protection LLC is looking for passionate & professional Armed Security Officers to promote the safety and security of our client’s facilities, assets, staff, and visitors.

If selected your primary role will be to utilize your safety and security expertise to minimize disruptions for our clients and help maintain a safe and productive environment.

*****This Armed Security Officer position has various shifts working at 4 Government Residential Complex throughout Tampa.

Job Description:

• Observe and report suspicious activities and persons
• Follow directions of supervisors and managers
• Respond to alarms and security related incidents
• Write incident reports and maintain daily logs
• Provide needed assistance to customers, co-workers, and client management
• Follow all Company Rules and Regulations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have your own firearm
• Valid Florida G License
• 5+ years of Armed Security Experience or
• Previous Military/ Law Enforcement experience acceptable
• In-depth understanding of legal guidelines for Security Officers licensed in Florida
• Experience writing clear and detailed reports.
• Trained in First Aid/BLS and basic self-defense desireable
• Ability to work within a team
• Be able to provide hospitality and customer service in a professional manner
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand on feet for extended time periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
