Paragon will be holding an open Physical Fitness Assessment in Windsor, CT for an armed security contract. Individuals who are in excellent physical condition and who meet one of the four qualifying experiences below are invited to attend. This is a pass/fail assessment. A firearms assessment will be held at a date yet to be determined for those who pass the fitness assessment. Please advise if you can attend.

4/17, 18, and 19 @ 0900Please advise what date you will attend.

For those passing the fitness assessment we will hold a firearms assessments at a date to be determined.

You must submit a detailed resume that shows one or more of the below qualifying experiences along with proof of same.

Military service - DD214 with honorable discharge

Civilian Law Enforcement - POST Certificate and letter from agency showing separated in good standing

Armed Physical Security - minimum 3 years (Armored Car, Corrections, TSA Airport staff are not qualifying) Letter from agency showing length of tenure and separated in good standing

Criminal Justice Degree - Diploma or transcripts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.79 per hour
