CT Technologist
**Full-Time - All Shifts Available**
**MLee Healthcare recruiting is seeking a skilled and experienced CT/Radiology Technologist to join a local hospital team in Delaware**
Summary:
The radiology technician's job responsibilities include preparing the procedure room and patient for all studies, disinfecting equipment after each patient, disposing of dirty linen, monitoring patient flow, and educating patients about ordered procedures. The technician also obtains patient history, verifies patient information, checks for appropriate codes, and performs procedures according to established protocols, positioning patients and selecting appropriate equipment. The technician monitors patients during procedures, notifies radiologists of any reactions or problems, and ensures minimal patient discomfort. Additionally, the technician must demonstrate competency on all general diagnostic imaging equipment, maintain competence with HIS, RIS, PHS, and PACS, run a pending work report daily, maintain adequate supplies, and carry out other assigned duties.
