Asistente administrativo
Funciones Generales
- Procesar solicitudes de órdenes de trabajo
- Registro de facturas
- Dirigir la gestión de cobros.
- Coordinar con el Gerente de operaciones la asignación de instalaciones.
- Archivar, actualizar y custodiar el mapeo de instalaciones de HVAC con el fin de dar seguimiento y control.
- Otras tareas puntuales asignadas.
Requisitos:
- Haber realizado funciones administrativas o similares al puesto.
- Indispensable: Bilingüe Inglés y Español
- Permiso para laborar en los Estados Unidos
- Experiencia deseable en QUICKBOOKS
- MS Windows, MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Experiencia en atención y seguimiento a multiclientes.
- Escolaridad mínimo High School.

Jornada: Lunes a Viernes de 08:00 a 17:00 hrs.
