Job description
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification for infants, children, and adults.
- Pool chemistry and pool equipment experience and knowledge.
- Certified Pool Operator or Aquatic Facility Operator certification.
- Duties include coordinating work assignments and evaluating all Aquatics programming staff performance.
- Provides necessary orientation and training for lifeguards including safety training courses.
- Supervises personnel to assure the highest productivity and conduct.
- Enforces all club rules of safety and conduct at the pool.
- Investigates and resolve issues and concerns regarding pool operations and activities in a polite and helpful manner.
- Maintain a neat and clean pool facility including the locker rooms, pool deck, and pool.
- Assists in the maintenance of the proper chemical balance in pools.
- Helps maintain all pool equipment in coordination with the club's maintenance department.
- Implements the pool safety program responsible for keeping the pool area safe from all hazards.
- Maintain roster, billing, and registration for all swim team members.
- Assist swim coaches in the facilitation of all aspects of swim meets including finding volunteers, overall meet setup, setup, and maintenance of the heating area, and communication and interaction with all officials.
- Attend staff meetings and training as required.
