What this job involves: Daily management and oversight of Class A Corporate Campus in Wilmington, Delaware. Our team is responsible for all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and FLS (MEPF) system operation, maintenance and repairs. Work is managed utilizing a number of different systems that allow us to coordinate with various stakeholders.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Coordinating/scheduling maintenance and repairs with the Chief Engineer.
Managing preventive maintenance and reactive work orders to meet Service Level Agreements.
Review Method of Procedures (MOPs) for accuracy.
Submit change management requests for preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and construction/project activities.
Familiarize yourself with JLL and Client’s Global Real Estate Standards.
Attend Client and JLL Service Line meetings.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
At least 10 years’ experience as an HVAC Technician or Electrician.
Knowledgeable in the safe and proper use of tools, ladders, lifts and PPE.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as plans and specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to be in an on-call rotation.
Experience with Building Automation, Electric Power Monitoring and Lighting Controls.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and a track record of exceeding customer expectations is a major plus.
Required Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Universal CFC Certification is preferred.
Basic understanding of Electrical and/or Mechanical Plant Operation.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical/plumbing one lines.
Ability to lift weights of over 25lbs.
Estimated compensation for this position is:
$38-$40/hr. Overtime is available.
The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data
Location:
Large Financial Client campus composed of three (3) office buildings. This is an on-site position Tuesday through Saturday.
