Are you an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager looking for a new challenge? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for this luxury 5-star property in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a luxury 4 or 5-star F&B background, with excellent team motivation, training and interpersonal skills and be confident in assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in the smooth running of the F&B department.
We are looking for someone with great floor presence, excellent attention to detail and eagerness for development. As a member of the senior management team, you will also be focused on training the food and beverage team, driving high performance through the departmental Managers and ensuring standards are consistently at the high level required to meet and exceed guest expectations.
