Job Summary
The Assistant Property Manager (25N) reports to the Property Manager. This role will provide first-class property management services and assist the Property Manager with overseeing a portfolio of properties. The Assistant Property Manager is instrumental in managing day-to-day operational activities and various procedures involved with maintaining a great experience with building tenants and vendors. This position is located in Denver, CO.

- Comfortable in situations that require a high degree of problem solving and clarification to resolve
- Can roll up their sleeves to help define and refine current procedures in order to bring more structure and efficiency to the role

Background Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a support property management role
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Yardi Accounting software
- AvidX, Impak Building, MRI accounting or similar software preferred
- Experience with multiple property types including development/ construction a plus

- Must be a self-starter with exceptional judgment.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of the property accounting process

Key Deliverables
- Work directly with Property Manager (PM), Engineer(s), and Accounting.
- Calculate all tenant charges working with accounting department to get charges posted.
- Review monthly rent-ups for accuracy and provide to PM for approval.
- Assist PM with the preparation of monthly reports (accruals, property summaries, budget variances, etc.).
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure property is clean, operating properly, and any new items addressed by the appropriate staff or vendor in accordance with agreed procedures.
- Create and maintain great working relationships with tenants.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
