Our client, an Italian fashion brand, is looking to hire an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Roosevelt Field. The ideal candidate will have contemporary retail experience, with the ability to manage sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff development.

Job Duties Include:

• Set and execute sales performance goals
• Recruit employees and assess their productivity and performance
• Maintain presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations

Job Qualifications Include:

• High school education, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• Management/supervisor experience
• Experience in contemporary/advanced contemporary brands
• Strong sales skills
• Customer centric with a positive attitude

Salary: $50-$55k annually + commission
