Healthways, Inc in Weirton, WV is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Supervisor at Greenbrier Manor in Weirton, WV.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• High school diploma or education equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year paid work experience with ID/DD population.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
• Either be or become AMAP certified.

Some of the duties and responsibilities are but limited to:

• Assistant Residential Supervisor will be responsible to the supervising staff and providing necessary staff coverage at the program in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Responsible for working a schedule that is subject to change during all shifts and weekends as required.
• Responsible for money management services to residents living in the program in absence of the supervisor.
• Will assist the supervisor in maintaining general health records and the individualized care plan to program individuals with ID/DD. The maintenance of such plan includes obtaining needed medical services and accompanying residents to appointments as necessary.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate recording of medication dispensing records.
• Assisting in completing wavier monthly summaries wavier billings and recording in resident charts as required.
• Responsible to provide waiver services and other direct services to program individuals with ID/DD as outlined in the treatment plan.
