Assisted Living Sales person needed to join our dynamic growing team!!

Marquis Health Consulting Services continues to grow and we are looking for an dynamic Sales person to join our already awesome team. You’ll work with other sales professionals, consultants, and operational leaders to develop a strategy that offers solutions and value to our partners.

As our Assisted Living Sales Director you will be responsible for:

Proactively identify and source while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

Conduct market assessments and develop strategies to maximize admissions with the clinical team.

Conduct marketing and tours of the facility for prospective clients

Responsible for all walk-in or telephone inquiry activities.

Provides tours of the facility and consultative follow-up with customers.

Invites referral sources for tours or to attend events at the facility.

Represents the facility through community involvement and networking, as appropriate (i.e. boards, committees, Organizations, and Associations)

Marketing Analysis/Strategic Planning Responsibilities

Assists in all pre-move-in paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate department

Qualifications: Healthcare experience is a must, please

Minimum 2+ years in a related Business Development position within assisted living or related healthcare setting.

Strong customer services skills.

Previous health care community relations experience.

Please have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation.

Ability to work flexible hours, as marketing responsibilities may dictate.
