Provide support to all operational functions and workstreams in the US across existing (and future) Disney Lines-of-Businesses, including Disney+, Disney Parks, and Hulu. Improve workflows by streamlining business work processes, procedures and increasing coordination between internal departments. This position will be based in Los Angeles, reporting to the SVP of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the planning, investment, operations, finance, and reconciliation teams to execute the end-to-end financial management process inclusive of budget authorization, client billing, supplier invoice reconciliation and payment, and compliance with internal/external audit requirements

• Ensure that plans entered in the flowcharting system (Media Tools) are done with a high level of accuracy on a daily/weekly basis

• Ability to review plan documents and understand the needed changes with how it relates to the overall budget

• Keen understanding of the budgeting process, ensure monthly budget is reconciled and balanced monthly

• Support Clients, senior leadership, strategy teams with various reporting needs

• Manage the tools, systems, and process that enable sound financial operations including planning/investment team support and training

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and groups, facilitating synergy between the planning and activation functions that manage day-to-day client business

• Build and develop relationships with key Client leads, ensuring the overall data proposition is relevant and aligns with strategy direction

• Ability to prioritize deliverables across both internal and Client teams to ensure needs are met

• 
  4-5 years of experience Media Planning or Operations in an Agency environment

• Strong Analytical skills with a foundation in strategic business management

• Extensive experience using MediaTools (5.5) and Excel

• Proven history of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on problem solving abilities and a “can do” approach (someone who is a both a thinker and a doer

  Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to identify actionable insights

• Solid communication skills, able to write clearly, speak professionally, and convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Compensation Range: $91,000 - $135,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
