For this Associate, People & Organization Development role, we are looking for someone who can join our HR and People Development team in Hudson Yards to build a career on a team that works in those areas. A career perhaps working in Learning and Devleopment or HR or Training or something similar. And someone who is comfortable doing analysis of systems and processes in the space, as well as presenting in meetings to large and small groups. If you have a degree in Industrial and/or Organizational Psychology or HR areas, that is a plus.


This is a hybrid role, but will require a presence in HQ the majority of the week.

Support People Development Curriculum & Programs:

  • Coordinate and facilitate Day 1 Orientation for corporate new hires (hybrid) and maintain content
  • Coordinate logistics for people development programs
  • Serve as a primary admin for Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Coordinate, manage and administer learning through the LMS (e.g., in-person and virtual courses, eLearning management, standard and custom reporting, data quality, etc.)
    • Support questions and troubleshoot problems from content owners, employees, and managers; manage and respond to inquiries escalated from support desks
    • Support improvement of the employee experience with LMS.
  • Support creation and updates to GPOD resources and program materials
  • Support GPOD marketing execution
  • Evolve the GPOD dashboard to measure the impact of programs and initiatives in delivering value for the business
  • Maintain e-Learning solutions
  • Manage the GPOD intranet pages

Support Organizational Development Initiatives:

  • Coordinate training logistics for Tapestry HR processes, such as Year-End manager training
  • Support administration of 360 assessments and leadership development enrollment as needed
  • Infuse equity, inclusion and diversity into all facets of work
  • Support additional GPOD initiatives, including team effectiveness, where applicable

Collaborate with GPOD and Talent Team and HR Community:

  • Work with fellow team members globally to ensure alignment with People & Organizational Development initiatives; support each other in order to achieve team goals
  • Develop strong relationships with Global Talent and HR Business Partners and to understand and support the business needs of Tapestry and the brands

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Some exposure to HR, training, change management and/or organization development with a strong interest to pursue a career in this space
  • 1+ years of experience in training and/or organization development preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Effective organization, time management, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and follow-through
  • Some level of comfort with public speaking and interest in facilitating group sessions
  • Comfort with working in new systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to be agile in changing circumstances and work in ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrated written and communication skills
