We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Associate to join our team as a Third-Party Vendor for AT&T. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be responsible for sales, marketing, customer acquisition, business development, and customer service in our partner locations.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Sales Associate:

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through excellent customer service and effective sales techniques
• Engage with customers to provide them with the best solutions and products that fit their needs
• Demonstrate and educate customers on AT&T products and services to increase their understanding and satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills to provide the best customer experience and increase sales
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements for our AT&T Customer Sales Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly

Compensation: This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts, including weekends. We offer a weekly base pay plus an opportunity for bonuses and commission based on individual and team sales performance.
