The Red Edge video team has extensive experience in capturing our clients' stories to create immersive and persuasive video content — both live action and animated. Our real world experience in distilling difficult stories or dense intellectual ideas into creative, easy-digestible ads and web videos is what makes our team the best in the business. We're looking for a dedicated video/audio professional to help us make great new stuff for years to come.

Please submit fun/creative samples you've worked on in the past along with a resume. An up to date reel is a plus.

The perfect Audio/Video Production Professional will:

• Have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere and Audition (After Effects knowledge is a bonus)
• Have experience shooting on Canon Cinema Cameras
• Be able to quickly and efficiently edit live action video
• Have knowledge of different types of microphones, audio recorders, mixers, DAW software, and other audio equipment.
• Basic knowledge of audio signal flow.
• Have an understanding of Location Audio Recording using Sound Devices audio recorder
• Be knowledgeable on mic placement, including boom mic and wireless lavaliers for talent
• Understand recording and mixing audio on set, and capturing room tone
• Be able to sync audio to video, as well as mix dialogue, music, ambiance, and sound fx into a final mix
• Understand loudness specs for digital broadcast including mix bus compression/ mastering and loudness metering
• Be able to show a strong portfolio of past work and speak technically about each part of the video production process
• Be ready to travel with a pretty fun team
