Our company is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to help run a busy, technologically advanced shop. We're looking for a resourceful, knowledgeable and innovative individual who will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied with repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve vehicular problems with the help of technical information and tools.
- Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Diagnose malfunctions and assess their effect upon the vehicle's operation.
- Estimate costs of parts, labor, taxes, and other expenses associated with repairs.
- Manage the allocation of personnel and resources to ensure adequate coverage for all service departments.
- Coordinate work schedules, performance reviews, and employee communications with the service manager in charge of each department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
