Responsibilities – Service Technician:

• Perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards
• Diagnose and resolve the different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately
• Work with all Service personnel and management to ensure the satisfaction of our customers
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
• Document work performed on repair order
• Ensure the customer’s vehicle is returned to them as clean as it was prior to being serviced
• Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required

Qualifications/Requirements – Service Technician:

• Previous automotive mechanic experience preferred
• Working knowledge of shop equipment
• ASE and Honda Certified is a plus!
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Prior automotive repair experience is preferred, but not required
• ASE and manufacturer certification is desired but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license
