Full time Delivery Coordinator's position at Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg.

Responsible for going over sold vehicles with clients, explaining features. Must be tech savvy (Apple or Best Buy genius) as you will be the “Mercedes Me“ expert, pairing phones, garage openers, Sirius radios and eventually through training have a full understanding of the vehicles complex features. The Product Concierge role is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations. Pay is based on relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in depth walk trough’s of purchased vehicles and thoroughly explain the technologies that Mercedes-Benz vehicles contain
• Build relations with clients to create a comforting experience to our sold clients
• Connect vehicles to garage door openers and personal cell phones

• Must be tech savvy to understand the features of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and set up garage door openers and connect cell phones to the vehicle and more
• Top notch customer service skills required
• Must be capable of quickly building relationships to create a comforting atmosphere for our sold clients
• Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work well independently
