Rev Limit Auto Center is currently seeking experienced auto-mechanics to join our team! We are a three bay shop located next to Youth Challenge in Kapolei. We offer a relaxed work environment, but keep a busy pace. We are a growing shop, and will be expanding over the next few years providing several opportunities for career advancement and to grow along with the shop. We look forward to meeting you.

Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
• Explain automotive repairs and issues to the Service Writer.
• Prepared to get additional certification as needed.
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
• Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
• Keep a professional appearance.

Automotive Technician Requirements:

• Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training required.
• ASE certifications required (for full time and part time employees only, paid interns can acquire ASE certification later).
• Hold a valid driver license.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service.
• Must read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a lube technician, or prepared to do on-the-job training.
• Understanding of automotive air-conditioning systems.
• Ability to use the diagnostic equipment.
• Good hand-eye coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
