Saxon Auto Group is a local, family-owned automotive dealership looking for a full time Automotive Title Clerk to join our team.
Skills Necessary: We are looking for an individual with one-year prior dealership experience who is dependable, professional, personally motivated and driven. Applicants are required to have accounting skills as well as the ability to multi-task. This individual must be computer savvy and able to accurately enter data into multiple systems. Must work well in a team and be a good communicator. A professional appearance and the ability to read and comprehend instructions is a must.
Some specific daily tasks that this individual would complete include:
- Minnesota and out of state titling.
- Process wholesale vehicle billing & titles.
- Package and submit contracts to lender with tracking for funding delays.
- Account and schedule reconciliations.
- Process add-on cancellation refunds.
- Back up receptionist/cashier as needed.
- Other duties assigned by the Controller.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- General accounting experience.
- Dealership experience required.
- Computer experience with MS Work and Excel preferred.
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Some required over-time for month end close or occasional Saturday hours when necessary.
Compensation:
- Based on experience. Other benefits include Health & Dental Insurance, personal time, 401K and vacation.
