Line Service Technician

Neptune Aviation, headquartered in Missoula, MT is a multi-faceted aviation company operating four distinct divisions within the Aviation market. The company employs professionals in Maintenance, Aerial Firefighting, Charter and within the FBO division. Neptune Aviation is currently recruiting for a Line Service Technician, within the FBO division(Northstar Jet). This position reports to the Line Service Supervisor and Assistant General Manager of the FBO. The work is fast paced and includes a wide variety of tasks in the aviation atmosphere, servicing aircraft and providing customer service to passengers and flight crews. Primary responsibilities include fueling and towing all varieties of aircraft from Airlines to small General Aviation aircraft. Shuffling aircraft in and out of hangars, servicing aircraft, and providing quality authentic customer service are daily duties.

Position Location: Missoula, MT (Missoula International Airport)

Requirements:

• Must possess a Valid Driver's License, with no DUI's in the past 3 years.
• Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check.
• Must be able to pass Pre-Employment and Random Drug and Alcohol Tests.
• Aviation Experience Preferred.
• No allergies to petroleum products.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Towing, servicing and fueling a wide variety of aircraft, including airlines.
• Operating fuel trucks and equipment, with attention to detail and ability to judge distance and depth perception well.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Customer service skills, working direct with customers.
• Work within a team. Teamwork is a must, but the ability to work on your own, unsupervised is also a requirement.
• General cleaning duties and ramp duties, such as plowing snow and maintaining clean hangars.
• Ability to answer telephones and make customer reservations.
• Ability to use computers for trainings and light work requirements.
• Washing and detailing aircraft.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Work schedule: Graveyard shift, 9pm to 7am, 4 nights a week.

Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 an hour starting wage depending on experience.
