Back of House Operations Supervisor

We are looking to build our entry-level leadership team!
As a new organization, our Front of House Operations Supervisor is one of our first tiers of leadership in the restaurant. The objective of this Operations Supervisor is to lead a day-part of the Front of House (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening) by ensuring an excellent guest experience while simultaneously demonstrating care to our Team Members through proper break administration and culture building. This means that in addition to our core values of Growth, Personability, Professionalism, Stewardship, and Whole-Heartedness, an Operations Supervisor will also be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, ownership, and servant leadership attributes while executing the vision of the senior leadership team.
Industry experience, although preferred, is not necessary. A track record of leadership or influence is, however, required. We will provide all other necessary training.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
