Yoyo donuts is looking for an experienced Bakery decorator to join our production team. This position will be responsible for creating uniquely appealing and delicious donuts. The ideal candidate would have a passion for creative and artistic work.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and decorate donuts either custom or per shop standards
• Follow customer orders and specifications to create custom designs
• Use various tools and techniques such as pipping bags, fondant, and edible decorations to create intricate designs.
• Mix and prepare icing, frosting, and other decorations as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the decorating station and kitchen
• Work well with production team, including additional decorators and production managers.
• Previous experience in decorating or culinary arts is required
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is required
• Monitor quality control of products and services.
• Flexibility with work hours including over nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
