We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Administrator to work as part of a specialised Banking team in our Sandyford office. The successful candidate will assist the team in their delivery of high quality service to our clients. Hawksford is in an expansion phase and the new recruit will be part of that journey.

Hawksford is an international provider of corporate and trust services. We provide a range of advisory services including trusts, legal, tax & VAT, banking, company secretarial, accounting, incorporations and compliance.

Principal Accountabilities:

• The preparation and processing of bank transfers on a daily basis.
• Attending to due diligence requirements during the processing of bank transfers.
• Arranging for bank accounts to be opened – from the initial enquiry stage to the preparation of mandates for signature and forwarding to the bank.
• Providing administrative assistance in all functions of the banking area ensuring that clients’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Highly organised with excellent communication and administration skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work to deadlines
• A team player and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
