Capital Management Services (CMS) is located in the Amherst/Williamsville, New York area and specializes in 1st party collections and reminder calls for a well-known bank.

We are looking for in-office employees who will be calling current customers who are 2-90 days behind on their current credit card payment, to remind them of their missed payment. There are no old debt collections.
The shift for this position is Monday through Friday 2pm-11pm with one Saturday morning per month.
We need people who are ready start at our Amherst NY office on 3/13/23. Training will be from 8a-5p for the first 4 weeks.

Employees will start at $17 an hour!
New trainees will receive a $150 bonus after 60 days.
